Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering our limited Italian skills. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with surprisingly cozy beds. The hotel is located close to the metro, making it easy to explore Milan. The curtains in the room effectively blocked out light, allowing for a good night's sleep.
